Calibrate Power Sensors, Power Splitters and Step & Fixed Attenuators to 50 GHz

Fast, accurate and ready to run the day you open the box... Cal Lab Solutions is proud to introduce the first ever 50 GHz Power Sensor Calibration System engineered for the demands of today's high production calibration labs. Our system is a complete replacement for the obsolete 11760S.

This calibration system is a complete turn-key solution (hardware, software, computer and printers) for power sensors from 9 kHz to 50 GHz, power splitters up to 50 GHz and step & fixed attenuators to 50 GHz... one rack does it all.

Power Sensor Calibration System Maximize Your Return On Investment Better use of standards and some creative thinking allowed us to minimize the standards required to perform accurate NIST traceable calibrations. This system uses network analyzers and a custom built amplifier assembly in place of the traditional signal generators to calibrate power sensors.
Do More With Less Not only is the system designed to calibrate power sensors, but you can also calibrate attenuators, power splitters, filters and directional couplers up to 50 GHz.
Calibrate It Right This system comes complete with all the required standards and software able to perform all the required tests (rho, cal factor and linearity). This is the only solution able to fully test all the Agilent E-Series power sensors and upload the data to the internal EEPROM.
Maximize Your Technician's Efficiency PS-Cal is a XML template driven software solution that is extremely easy to use. By putting the technician in charge of calibration, PS-Cal allows the user to calibrate one, two or even ten power sensors in batch mode and repeat any steps as needed.

Power Sensor Calibration (PS-Cal)

PS-Cal is the first truly Windows® Based power sensor calibration solution capable of testing multiple sensors at one time. It is by far the easiest to use, most customizable and state-of-the-art solution on the market. PS-Cal software is designed to perform all of the required tests on power sensors including rho, cal factor and linearity. Currently, it is the only third-party solution capable of completely testing the Agilent E-Series power sensors.

Easy to Use - PS-Cal's user interface is very user friendly and easy to navigate. Technicians have the ability to execute the tests in the order they choose and can rerun any test without losing data.

Customizable - PS-Cal was designed with expandability and flexibility in mind. It ships with several test standard routines and it allows additional customized test routines with uncertainty calculations to be easily integrated.

Template Based - The user is able to configure test point, test methods, and standards in a template and then save the template for later use

State-of-the-Art - PS-Cal is built in Microsoft's Visual Studio.Net® and Agilent's Test and Measurement Tool Kit. PS-Cal is compatible with National Instruments' and Agilent's GPIB Cards. PS-Cal is also able to communicate with instruments via Serial, TCP/IP, or USB.

Attractive Reports - PS-Cal has integrated Active Reports®, a powerful reporting tool that generates full color, customizable reports.

Uploads EPROM Data - After calibrating an EPROM enabled power sensor, you can easily upload the calibration data to the DUT Sensor.

Batch Mode Operation - PS-Cal allows the user to calibrate power sensors in batch mode. This allows the user to calibrate more sensors in less time.

Threaded Application - Because PS-Cal is a truly Windows® based solution, it allows us to thread the application. What this means is the user can be more productive--while the software is collecting calibration data on one sensor, the user can be updating information and printing the calibration data at the same time.
