The NEW model 5156DR offers a direct replacement for the Keithley model 5156.
With the Keithley model 5156 being discontinued in 2004, there has been a continued interest in supporting a variety of high resistance – low current meters including models 6430, 6485, 6487, 6514, 6517A and many more. The demand for a direct, drop in replacement has steadily increased and has driven the development of the new model 5156DR.
Customers: Test equipment manufacturer, department of energy, commercial calibration labs, government research & major medical supplier.
With the Keithley model 5155 being discontinued, there has been a continued interest in an improved, reliably stable, high resistance standards into the Teraohm range. The demand for a direct, drop in replacement and affordable resistor has steadily increased, which has driven the development of the new model 5155DR.
Each 5155DR consists of a combination of resistors in thermal-lagged enclosures. The resistances are terminated with BNC, N-Type connectors or triaxial connectors for easy interface and a provision for shielding and/or guarding.
Low Temperature Coefficients Stability to 2PPM DC and AC Applications Custom Values
The 770 series of rugged, high accuracy working resistance standards are equally at home in the calibration laboratory, production manufacturing environment or for use in the field as portable transfer standards.
Designed for reliability, these standards provide a high level of mechanical performance intended to minimize damage and shifts caused by normal handling and the inadvertent “knocks” or “bumps” seen in working environments.
